Sealing

O-RING + SHEET METAL SHIELD + RS SEAL / RS SEAL + RADIAL SHAFT SEAL + TRIPLE LIP SEAL + FORGED COVER PLATE

O-ring, Sheet metal shield and RS seal on the base side and RS seal, Radial shaft seal, Triple lip seal with Forged cover plate on the front side which is exposed to contaminants.

O-ring, Sheet metal shield and RS seal together with attached disc eliminates the possibility of contamination from the base side.

The radial shaft seal prevents fluid from passing through the opening. On the inner side of the seal, closest to the shaft, there is a circular spring that applies pressure to the shaft, thereby preventing fluid leakage even while the shaft is rotating.

Additional triple lip seal protects the bearing from contaminant penetration and ensures a longer service life of the bearing.
