This hub sealing system combines a forged cover plate, a double contact seal, and a Dirtblock seal to provide maximum protection for the bearing in the most demanding operating conditions.

The Dirtblock seal is designed for heavy-duty applications in harsh environments. Its half-metal / half-rubber outer diameter ensures secure retention in the bore and enhances overall sealing performance. The inner diameter is fully rubber-covered, further improving sealing efficiency, reducing wear, and allowing easy installation.

The double seal creates an additional barrier against the ingress of water, dust, and abrasive particles, forming a multi-level protection system against contaminants.

The forged cover plate effectively shields the sealing elements from mechanical damage, impact loads, and deformation during operation.

This sealing solution provides superior protection against both liquid and solid contaminants, significantly extending bearing service life and reducing maintenance requirements.
