FKL BEARINGS FOR SPECIAL APPLICATION
This FKL bearings for special application programme includes the bearings designed primarily to solve individual problems with no tendec y to standardization. As a rule, these bearings are the result of the joint developing work of FKL and bearing users.
Car wheel bearings
FKL manufactures the first-generation wheel arrangement bearings. Mostly they are double row angular contact ball bearings. These bearings are supplied equipped as standard with cages of polyamide, double sealing, filled with lithium based grease having good corrosion inhibiting properties, and can be used at temperatures between -40 0 C and +120 0 C.
Car belt tensioner bearings
Car belt tensioner bearings are manufactured with widened outer ring and there are also integrated designs with a bush and plug. The cages of these bearings are of polyamide, the seals are metal-rubber, and they are lubricated for life.
Bearings for gear box
This bearing is produced as an open bearing without seals.
Car water pump bearings
These bearings are sealed with metal-rubber seals and lubricated for life.
Car differential bearings
FKL produces taper roller bearings for car differential.
Drive shaft centre bearing for vehicles
Several types and sizes of intermediate bearing for long drive shafts are available. Bearings are mounted on cast steel housings with rubber.
Thrypoid needle roller bearings for vehicles
This type of bearing has a spherical outer ring, and no inner ring.
Clutch release bearings for vehicles
Clutch release bearings are deep groove ball bearings with cages of polyamide or steel. They are available from FKL in many executions and sizes. They can be supplied with cast or pressed housings or without them.
Track runner bearings
FKL produces a large number of cam rollers with a particularly thick-walled outer ring and specially executed for running in steel profiles. There are variants with threaded bolts and variants for mounting on shafts. Sealing can be performed with contact or non-contact seals, and some bearings are manufactured without seals. The bearing cages are of polyamide or steel and there are also variants without cage with full complement ball set. Track runner bearings for high temperatures are also available.
Bearings for rolling mills
Bearings for rolling mills are available with overall dimensions up to 460 mm and mostly with brass cages.
Slewing rings
FKL produces ball and roller s lewing rings with overall dimensions up to 600 mm.
