Charity tournament "From good to the best"
The organization RESUR, the youth section of the Serbian-Russian friendship association and the Diaspora, held a charity tournament, on 9th and 10th of October 2010. in Novi Sad, at the football club "Hattrick".
Apart from the Embassy of the Russian Federation, and several joint ventures, the venue "From good to the best" involved also leading Serbian companies, among them the factory FKL ad Temerin. Money raised at the event has been awarded to the best students of Serbian state universities.
On the way to the finals, FKL's team won against " Večernje novosti ", Underground gas storage "Banatski Dvor ", " Azotara Pančevo”, and lost in the finals to "LUKOIL".
Factory FKL will continue also in the future to respond to humanitarian activities and actions that promote Serbian-Russian friendship.
Visit of Japanese delegation in FKL
On 20.10.2009. in FKL was Economic delegation from Japan in organization of Serbia Investment and Export Promotion Agency SIEPA and Embassy of Japan. FKL is a one of 4 factories from Serbia which are selected for their visit.
Delegation is contain representatives of 24 Japanese companies from sector electro and mechanical industry, banking and consulting which are interesting for potential project for investment in Serbia.
In FKL they met with production program and organization, aims and projected routes for development, as well with open potential for cooperation with companies from Japan.
Consortium bought FKL
Privatization Agency on April 23th 2009. in Belgrade has signed the contract on the sale of 70% of capital AD FKL from Temerin with the only bidders in the tender, consortium, which consists of ZAO "Tehnika-Servis" from Voronezh in Russia and Dragan Rodić- who represents employees and management in the consortium.
The basic elements of the sales contract are price in the amount of one million euros and the investment program of 1.5 million euros.
Public tender for AD FKL from Temerina was published July 25th 2008. and at the second session of the tender commission January 16th 2009., the decision on approval for commencement of negotiations has been made. At the third session of the tender commission, April 22th 2009. the decision on the sale of capital to the only bidder was made unanimously.
